Yes, delivery to mycushions.co.uk is 100% free. No hidden costs. The price displayed is therefore the one you pay when confirming your basket. Time to get cosy at home with no surprise !
Can my order be affected by COVID-19?
Yes, your delivery may take longer than expected.
Nevertheless, we continue to send you your parcels with free delivery:)

What are the delivery times ?
In United Kingdom, delivery takes 10 to 40 working days, but on average we see that orders are delivered within two or three weeks. Gold rush Christmas and BlackFriday 🙂
I only received part of my order, is this normal?
Yes, if you have chosen cushion covers from different collections or are purchasing fillings + cushion covers, often you will be delivered in several small packages.
At mycushions.co.uk we do not have stock, we work in short circuit for two reasons:
1/ Firstly, your wallet to present decoration at a low price! Would you like a cushion cover for £7? At mycushions.co.uk it is possible!
2/ Second, for the planet! And yes, why stock, double carriers and still stock when we can rely on honest and loyal manufacturers.
Bonus info: the manufacturers are carefully selected to present you the decoration hits of the moment! Are you more Scandinavian? Animal lover or Jungle addict?
I am unable to select a cushion cover. How to do?
Send us a message via our contact page or directly to firstname.lastname@example.org or leave us a message on our Chatonline. Our technical team will make an intervention as soon as possible and we will send you a message as soon as the bug is eradicated!
